Recent work experience

  • 🇺🇸 DevExpress Senior Technical Writer (2020-2024)

    • TestCafé

      Was the sole person responsible for all TestCafé content — technical or otherwise. Wrote code examples and sample apps for the product's end users. Completely overhauled both the structure and the content of the documentation, which led to a significant, measurable increase in user satisfaction. Established automated collection of web data for user behaviour analysis. Worked with designers and developers to re-design the product website. Supervised new hires at the company.

    • DevExtreme

      Wrote and edited technical documentation and other content for the DevExtreme line of products. Supervised the upcoming overhaul of the DevExtreme documentation. Conducted data-driven research to develop a documentation improvement strategy. Introduced the practice of web data analysis to the DevExtreme chapter. Participated in the content marketing trial conducted by the company.

  • 🇷🇺 Glyph Media Senior Editor (2018-2020)

    Wrote, edited and translated articles for some of the most successful businesses in Russian IT and e-commerce. Topics: the music industry, the social history of technology, marketing, cloud computing, information security, legal issues in IT.
